Notification Settings

Configure how and when you receive notifications from RevvedUp.

Control how RevvedUp keeps you informed about important events, updates, and activities. Customize your notification preferences to stay connected without being overwhelmed.

Accessing Notification Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Click "Notification Settings" in the left sidebar under USER SETTINGS

Available Notifications

Prospect visits one of your pages

Get notified when a prospect views your RevvedUp pages, helping you follow up at the right time.

Your page is finished creating

Receive alerts when your pages are ready to share after being generated.

Campaign is finished processing

Know when your campaigns have completed processing and are ready for review.

Notification Channels

Choose how you want to receive each notification:

Email

Receive notifications in your inbox for important events.

Slack

Get real-time notifications in your Slack workspace when connected.

Web

Receive browser notifications while using RevvedUp.

Configuring Your Preferences

  1. Review the three notification types available

  2. For each notification, select your preferred channels:

    • Email: Toggle on (yellow) or off

    • Slack: Toggle on (yellow) or off (requires Slack integration)

    • Web: Check or uncheck the box

  3. Click the "Update Notification Settings" button to save your changes

Best Practices

  • Prospect page visits: Enable to know when prospects are engaged

  • Page creation alerts: Helpful for knowing when to share new pages

  • Campaign completion: Essential for tracking campaign progress

Channel Recommendations

  • Email: Best for keeping records and non-urgent updates

  • Slack: Ideal for real-time team awareness

  • Web: Perfect for immediate alerts while working in RevvedUp

Troubleshooting

Not Receiving Notifications

Email Issues:

  • Check spam/junk folders

  • Verify email address is correct

  • Add RevvedUp to safe senders

  • Check email filters

Web Notification Issues:

  • Verify browser permissions

  • Check if notifications are blocked

  • Try different browser

  • Clear browser cache

Slack Issues:

  • Verify integration is connected

  • Check channel permissions

  • Test webhook configuration

  • Review Slack notification settings

Important Notes

  • Notification settings are personal to your account

  • Changes take effect immediately after clicking "Update Notification Settings"

  • All three notification types can be fully customized

  • Slack notifications require connecting your Slack workspace in Integrations
