Connecting HubSpot

  1. Navigate to IntegrationsHubSpot

  2. Click Connect

  3. Log in to HubSpot and approve permissions

  4. Return to RevvedUp connected

Required Permissions: Contacts, lists, activities, companies, custom properties

Field Mapping

Access via Manage Field Mappings button. HubSpot includes smart defaults:

Contact Properties

  • Email, Name, Phone → Push if Empty

  • Job Title, LinkedIn → Override

  • Engagement metrics → Override

Company Properties

  • Name, Website, Industry → Push if Empty

  • Employee Count → Override

Custom properties appear as custom_propertyname. See CRM Field Mapping for configuration details.

  • Select lists when creating campaigns

  • Static lists: Import once

  • Dynamic lists: Sync based on frequency (hourly/daily/weekly)
