Default Page Meta (Open Graph & Social Sharing)
The Default Page Meta section in Account Page Settings allows you to define global Open Graph (OG) metadata that will be used across all landing pages in your RevvedUp account. This ensures consistent titles, descriptions, and images when your pages are shared on social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Slack, and iMessage.
These settings act as fallback defaults and are applied only when an individual page does not define its own meta values.

What Is Default Page Meta?
Default Page Meta controls how your pages appear when shared externally:
OG Meta Title – The headline shown in social previews
OG Meta Description – The supporting description under the title
OG Meta Image – The thumbnail image displayed in the preview
If a landing page has no page-specific Open Graph data, RevvedUp will automatically use these defaults.
Accessing Default Page Meta Settings
Navigate to Settings from the left-hand sidebar
Scroll to the Other section
Click Page Settings
Click Edit and Default Page Meta screen will come up.
You’ll see fields for title, description, and image, as shown in the Page Settings screen.

Configuring Default Page Meta Fields
OG Meta Title
Enter a short, descriptive title for your brand or offer
Recommended length: 50–60 characters
Example: RevvedUp – High-Converting Interactive Landing Pages
This title will be used in social previews if a page does not have its own title set.
OG Meta Description
Enter a concise summary of your product or value proposition
Recommended length: 140–160 characters
Example: Create personalized, conversion-focused landing pages with built-in analytics and tracking.
This description appears below the title in social shares.
OG Meta Image
Upload an image that represents your brand or campaign
Supported formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .bmp, .webp
Recommended size: 200 × 200 px (minimum), square format preferred
Best practices:
Use your logo or a clean branded graphic
Avoid small text that may be unreadable in previews
Keep the image lightweight for faster loading
Saving Your Changes
After completing all fields, click Update Page Meta
Changes are saved immediately
All existing and future pages will automatically inherit these defaults unless overridden
Global vs Individual Page Meta
Account Page Settings (Default Page Meta):
Apply to all pages
Used as a fallback
Ideal for consistent branding and evergreen messaging
Individual Page Settings:
Apply to a single page only
Override account-level defaults
Access via Room > Details
Best for campaign-specific titles, descriptions, or images

Testing Social Previews
After saving your Default Page Meta:
Share a page link in:
Slack
LinkedIn
Facebook
X (Twitter)
Or use a social preview/debug tool to confirm:
Correct title
Correct description
Correct image
If a page already has its own meta settings, those will take precedence.
Common Issues & Tips
Preview not updating
Social platforms may cache previews
Try changing the image filename or using a debug/refresh tool
Wait a few minutes and retry
Image not displaying
Ensure the image meets size requirements
Confirm the upload completed successfully
Use a square or landscape-friendly image
Unexpected title or description
Check if the individual page has its own meta settings set
Page-level meta always overrides account defaults
Best Practices
Keep titles and descriptions generic enough to work across all pages
Use page-specific meta only for high-priority campaigns
Update Default Page Meta when rebranding or launching a new core message
