Global vs. Page-Specific Scripts

It's important to understand where to place your custom scripts for best results.

Use Page-Specific Scripts for:

  • Conversion pixels for a specific offer on this page only

  • Tracking scripts for a single A/B test variant

  • Any code that should only run on this individual page

Use Global Scripts for:

  • Your main Google Analytics or other analytics platform tag

  • Chat widget scripts (like Intercom or Drift) that should appear everywhere

  • Your primary marketing retargeting pixels (Facebook, LinkedIn)

Global scripts are managed in one place to avoid repetition. Configure them in Settings > Page Settings (under Other section). See Account Page Settings for details.
