Inviting Team Members
How to invite new team members and manage invitations in RevvedUp.
Add new team members to your RevvedUp account with secure email invitations. Assign roles, track pending invites, and manage your growing team.
Only Account Owners and Admins can invite new team members. Members cannot send invitations.
How to Invite New Team Members
1. Navigate to Team Settings
Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar
Click Team under ORGANIZATION SETTINGS
Click the Invite Team Member button
2. Enter Invitation Details
Full Name: The person's complete name
Email: Their email address (must be unique to your account)
Role: Choose Admin or Member
Admin: Can manage team, campaigns, and settings
Member: Can create and manage their own campaigns
3. Send the Invitation
The recipient receives an email with a secure link

View Pending Invitations
In the Team section, you'll see all pending invitations with:
Available Actions
Click the three-dot menu icon next to any pending invitation to access these actions:
Edit
Change role assignment before acceptance
Update recipient name if needed
Resend Invite
Use when the email wasn't received
Original link remains valid
Sends a fresh invitation email
Copy Invite Link
Copies the invitation URL to your clipboard
Useful for sharing the link through other channels (Slack, text, etc.)
Link remains valid until the invitation is canceled
Cancel Invitation
To cancel an invitation, click Edit from the dropdown menu, then click Cancel Invite at the bottom of the edit form.
Automatic Reminder Emails
RevvedUp automatically helps ensure your invitations don't get forgotten:
Automatic Reminders: Pending invitations automatically receive reminder emails every 2 days
No Action Required: The system handles this automatically—no need to manually resend
Stop Reminders: Cancel the invitation to stop automatic reminders
This ensures invitees don't miss their invitation while keeping your inbox clear.
New to RevvedUp
Click the invitation link in your email
Create your account with:
Password (minimum 6 characters)
You'll automatically join the team with your assigned role
Existing RevvedUp Users
Click the invitation link
Log in with your existing credentials
Accept the invitation to join the new team
Quick Troubleshooting
Invitation Not Received
Verify the email address is correct
Try an alternative email address
Can't Accept Invitation
Link may have expired - request a new one
Email already in use - log in with existing account
Browser issues - try clearing cache or different browser
"Email already exists": The email is already associated with a RevvedUp account. User should log in instead of creating new account.
"Invalid invitation": The invitation was canceled or expired. Send a new one.
Double-check email addresses before sending
Assign the appropriate role from the start
Cancel invitations that are no longer needed (this stops automatic reminders)
Onboard new members with clear expectations about their role
Note: Team members can only access RevvedUp after accepting their invitation. Until then, they won't appear in your active team roster.
