Outbound Campaign Analytics

For outbound campaigns with email sending configured, you'll see detailed performance metrics.

Email Performance Metrics

When using a connected sending provider (currently Smartlead), track:

Delivery Metrics

  • Sent: Total emails delivered

  • Bounce Rate: Undeliverable emails

  • Delivery Rate: Successfully delivered percentage

Engagement Metrics

  • Opens: Unique email opens

  • Open Rate: Percentage who opened

  • Clicks: Link clicks in emails

  • Click Rate: Percentage who clicked

Response Metrics

  • Replies: Direct responses received

  • Reply Rate: Conversation starters

  • Unsubscribes: Opt-out requests

Setting Up Email Analytics

To enable email analytics:

  1. Connect Smartlead (setup handled by RevvedUp admin)

  2. Configure in Campaign Settings:

    • Navigate to Settings → CRM Sync & Automation

    • Enter Smartlead Campaign IDs

    • Save settings

  3. Process and Send contacts through the platform

  4. View Real-time Data as emails are sent
