The Channels analytics view helps you understand performance across your outreach channels, including email and LinkedIn. Track message volume and engagement metrics for each channel to optimize your multi-channel campaigns.
Primary email refers to your connected email address (via Gmail or Outlook) which is used for one-to-one campaigns. Secondary email refers to emails being sent using alternative domains and show up as your name.
