# Google / Gmail

Connect Gmail or Google Workspace accounts to send personalized [campaigns](https://docs.revvedup.ai/campaigns/campaigns-overview) from your own email addresses. Supports both personal and company-wide email management. Gmail is one of the primary channels for [Sequences](https://docs.revvedup.ai/sequences/overview) outreach.

## Account Types

**Personal Accounts**

* Individual email accounts
* Tied to your RevvedUp login
* Only visible to you

**Company Accounts** (Admin only)

* Shared team accounts
* Available to all users
* Centrally managed

## Connecting Your Account

1. Navigate to **Integrations** in the left sidebar
2. Click **Google**
3. Click **Add Account**
4. Click **Continue** in popup
5. Sign in to Google
6. Allow permissions

Your account appears with status "Connected" (green).

## Managing Accounts

**Account List Shows**

* Email address
* Connection status
* Connection date
* Last activity
* Default indicator (star)

**Actions**

* Add multiple accounts
* Set default (star icon)
* Disconnect accounts
* Admin: Set company defaults

## Using in Campaigns

When creating campaigns:

1. Select email integration
2. Choose from connected accounts
3. Company accounts appear first
4. Personal accounts below

**Requirements**: Account must show "Connected" status

## Security

* OAuth authentication (no passwords stored)
* Minimal permissions requested
* Tokens refresh automatically
* Revoke access anytime in Google

## Best Practices

**Account Setup**

* Use dedicated sending accounts
* Warm up new accounts gradually
* Monitor account health
* Distribute volume across accounts

**Deliverability**

* Authenticate domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
* Monitor sender reputation
* Follow Google's sending limits
* Focus on engagement quality

## Troubleshooting

**Connection Issues**

* "Authorization Failed": Check credentials, clear cookies
* "Access Denied": Verify Google Workspace settings

**Sending Problems**

* Account disconnected: Reconnect
* Sending failed: Check limits, verify recipients

**Visibility Issues**

* Can't see company accounts: Check with admin
* Personal account missing: Verify correct login

## Gmail Limits

* Free Gmail: 500 emails/day
* Google Workspace: 2,000 emails/day
* Per-minute limits also apply
