Brand Management Overview

RevvedUp's brand management system provides multiple levels of branding control:

  1. Account-Level Branding: Default colors, fonts, and assets for your entire account

  2. Seller Profile Branding: Customized branding for individual seller profiles that can override account defaults

This dual-layer approach allows you to maintain consistent account-wide branding while enabling personalized brand experiences for different seller profiles. The system supports custom color palettes, typography control, and custom font uploads.

Where Branding is Applied

Landing Pages:

  • Can use seller profile colors OR account default colors

  • Automatically inherits the appropriate branding based on context

  • Custom branding overrides are available per page

Seller Profiles:

  • Independent color schemes per profile

  • Custom logos and domain settings

  • Override account defaults when active

Seller Profile Branding

Overview

Seller profiles in RevvedUp can have their own independent branding settings that override account defaults. This allows different seller profiles to maintain their unique brand identity while operating within the same account.

Accessing Seller Profile Branding

Navigation Path:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Content Settings

  2. Select "Seller Profile" from the sidebar

  3. Choose the seller profile you want to configure

  4. Scroll to the branding sections (Colors and Company Logos)

Seller Profile Brand Elements

Profile Information:

  • Name: Public-facing name shown to prospects

  • Internal Name: Private identifier for internal use

  • Domain: Website domain for the seller profile. This can be associated with a Custom Domain.

Color Customization:

  • Add up to 5 custom colors per seller profile

  • Colors override account defaults when this profile is active

  • Used in landing pages created with this seller profile

  • Visual color picker with hex code support

Logo Management:

  • Full Logo: Primary logo display

  • Icon: Compact logo version

  • Supported formats: .jpg, .png

  • Recommended sizes:

    • Full Logo: 500x200px

    • Icon: 200x200px

How Seller Profile Branding Works

Landing Page Color Selection:

  • When creating landing pages, you can choose between:

    • Seller profile colors (if set)

    • Account default colors

    • Custom colors for that specific page

Important Notes:

  • Changing seller profile colors only affects pages using that profile's branding

  • Account default changes don't override seller profile settings

  • Each seller profile maintains independent branding (colors and logos)

Managing Account Brand Colors

Account-Level Color Palette

Adding Account Brand Colors:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Branding → Edit

  2. Scroll to the "Colors" section

  3. Click the "+" button to add a new color

  4. Enter hex color code (e.g., #3B82F6)

  5. Colors are automatically positioned in your palette

Update Impact Warning:

  • Changing account colors affects all pages using account brand colors

  • Pages with seller profile colors or custom colors remain unchanged

  • Seller profile color settings override these account defaults

  • Preview changes before applying to avoid unintended modifications

Typography Management

Font Selection

Header Font Configuration:

  1. Access Settings → Branding → Edit

  2. Choose "Header Font" from the dropdown

  3. Select from extensive font family collection

  4. Set "Header Weight" (100-900 scale)

  5. Preview changes in real-time

Paragraph Font Configuration:

  1. Select "Paragraph Font" for body text

  2. Choose appropriate "Paragraph Weight"

Usage Guidelines:

Custom Font Management

Uploading Custom Fonts

Supported Formats:

  • WOFF2: Preferred format for best compression and support

  • WOFF: Standard web font format with broad compatibility

  • File Size: Recommended to keep individual fonts under 100KB

  • Font Licensing: Ensure you have proper licensing for web use

Upload Process:

  1. Navigate to Settings → Branding → Edit

  2. Scroll to "Custom Fonts" section

  3. Use the file dropzone to upload font files
