Multi-Provider Approach

When enriching a contact or company, we:

  1. Query our first data provider for LinkedIn profile information

  2. Validate the match using AI to compare with your original data

  3. Accept if validated or try the next provider if not

  4. Continue through providers until we find a validated match

  5. Use existing data if no providers return a validated match

This waterfall approach maximizes match accuracy while ensuring we find the best available data.

When Validation Fails

If validation fails across all providers:

  • We attempt to use any information you provided originally

  • The record is marked as requiring manual enrichment

  • Processing depends on what data is available

Critical Data Requirements

Some data is essential for campaign execution:

  • Email addresses - Required for email campaigns

  • If no valid email is found, the contact cannot proceed to research or content generation

  • These contacts are marked with an error status

  • You'll need to manually provide email addresses for these contacts

Manual Intervention

For contacts with validation failures:

  • Review contacts marked with errors

  • Manually add missing critical information

  • Re-attempt enrichment if needed

  • Some contacts may need to be removed if data cannot be found

Improving Match Rates

Help our validation succeed by providing:

  • Current company names (not outdated ones)

  • Professional email domains (not personal emails)

  • Accurate spelling of names and companies
