Content Review

Preview and understand AI-generated content before sending to prospects.

Content review allows you to preview the personalized sequences generated for each prospect in your campaign. This crucial step ensures quality and relevance before your messages reach prospects' inboxes, leveraging AI-powered content generation to create tailored messaging for every contact.

Accessing Content Review

Content Review allows you to preview the personalized sequences generated for each prospect in your campaign, ensuring quality and relevance before messages reach prospects’ inboxes.

In the Content Review area, you can view contacts alongside their assigned sequences, review each step, and approve them for sending. If you need to tweak or refine any part of the sequence, you can manually make edits using the edit tool on the right.

You can navigate through each step using the arrows, and once approved, selecting Approve and Send will action the sequence to begin from step one.

Accessing Content Review

1. Navigate to Campaigns in the left sidebar

2. Open your campaign

3. Click the Content Review tab

You'll see contacts who have generated content ready for review.

Note: Only contacts with completed content generation appear in the review interface. Once the content has been approved to send, the contacts no longer appear in the content review screen.

Understanding the Review Interface

The content review screen is divided into two main areas:

Contact List (Left Sidebar)

The sidebar displays contacts with generated content:

• Contact cards show name, company, and email

• Search bar to quickly find specific contacts

• Infinite scroll loads contacts as you scroll down the list

• Only shows contacts with content ready but not yet sent

Sequence Preview (Main Area)

When you select a contact, you'll see their contact information and complete personalized sequence. Navigation controls let you move between contacts easily, and each message displays with its sending day, subject line, and full content.

Editing Messages

You can edit individual messages directly in the content review:

1. Click on the edit button for any message in the sequence

2. Make your edits to the content

3. Click the save button

4. Edited messages will be sent with your modifications

Note: Edits only apply to the specific contact's sequence. To change messaging for all future contacts, update your sequence template.

Sequence Navigator

Access advanced review features by clicking the menu icon (☰) in the top right corner of the sequence preview. This opens the Sequence Navigator panel, which provides:

Day Grouping View

• Messages organized by sending day

• Visual timeline of your sequence

• Quick overview of message cadence

AI Reasoning

• Detailed explanations for each message

• Understand personalization choices

• See how AI crafted specific content

• Learn from effective patterns

Message Lock & Navigation

• Select any message to "lock" it in view

• Use arrow buttons to navigate between contacts

• Locked message stays at the top as you browse

• Compare how the same message adapts for different prospects

2. Select a message to lock it for comparison

3. Use arrows to move between contacts

4. View AI reasoning for any message

5. Toggle day grouping for different perspectives

AI reasoning is accessible through the Sequence Navigator:
