Contact View

Navigate and understand the comprehensive contact view in RevvedUp.

The contact view provides a complete picture of each prospect, including their campaign history, research insights, and engagement data. This guide helps you navigate and leverage all the information available.

Contact Header

At the top of every contact view:

  • Contact name with status indicator showing processing state

  • Current role and company (e.g., "Senior Director of Enablement at Rebel Learn LLC")

  • Process Contact button - Start or continue processing this contact

  • Navigation tabs - Overview, Research, Revveal, Contact Details

Accessing Contact View

There are multiple ways to reach the full contact view:

  1. From Campaign Contacts List:

    • Click on the contact's name to open full view

    • Use Cmd+Click (Mac) or Ctrl+Click (PC) to open in new tab

    • Clicking anywhere else in the row will open up the contact sidebar

  2. From Contact Sidebar:

    • Click the expand icon (⬚) in the sidebar header

    • Opens the full contact view with all tabs

  3. From Search:

    • Search for any contact across your account

    • Click their name in results

Contact View Tabs

Overview Tab

The default view showing the contact's complete engagement timeline across all campaigns.

Campaign Activity Timeline

The Overview tab displays all campaign interactions with this contact:

  • Campaign name with status (e.g., "Executives_Targeting_Manufacturing" - Active)

  • Email preview showing the message that was sent

  • Navigation between messages using left/right arrow buttons (one message displayed at a time)

  • Action buttons on each message:

    • Edit - Modify the email (only available if not yet sent)

    • Campaign icon - Navigate to the campaign

    • Page icon - View the landing page (if created)

    • Sequence icon - Preview the entire sequence in a modal

Page View Analytics

When a contact visits a landing page:

  • Analytics appear nested under the relevant campaign

  • Clickable entries - Click any page view to see detailed visit information

  • Visit summary showing timestamp and key actions

About the Contact

Collapsible card showing:

  • Enrichment status (e.g., "Enriched 3 days ago") with "Rerun Enrich" option

  • Email address with domain

  • Phone number (if available)

  • LinkedIn profile with handle

  • CRM status - Shows "Not in CRM" with "Push to CRM" link or connected status

  • Created date with timestamp

  • Additional Information dropdown - Contains all data mapped to RevvedUp that isn't displayed elsewhere:

    • Custom fields from CSV imports

    • Template variables

    • Resource assignments

    • Industry classifications

    • Any other collected data points

Page Section

Shows landing page generation status:

  • Generation status message

  • Generate button to create personalized page

  • Edit button to open the page editor for that contact (only availalbe if page already generated)

Prospect Score

Displays match quality indicators:

  • ICP Match with letter grade (A-F) and ICP name

  • Persona Match with letter grade and persona name

  • Hover over scores to see reasoning

Company Section

Company details including:

  • Company name and logo

  • Industry classification (e.g., "IT Services and IT Consulting")

  • Website and social links

Working History

Timeline of the contact's career progression:

  • Current position with company name

  • Previous roles with duration (e.g., "almost 8 years")

  • Role titles and companies

Prospect Score

Shows how well this contact matches your ideal targets with ICP and Persona scores.

Research Tab

Displays AI-generated insights about the contact. Content includes:

  • Personalization Strategy - Engagement approach summary

  • DiSC Profile - Personality assessment with communication guidance

  • Buyer Priorities - Ranked list of what matters to this contact

  • Buyer Challenges - Top 5 challenges they face

  • Company insights - Various sections based on research

  • Other - Many additional research steps that help you before calling a prospect

Revveal Tab

Custom Q&A results specific to this contact.

Adding Questions

  • Add Questions button - Located in the top right corner above the question list

  • Opens modal to select and run additional Revveal questions

Viewing Answers

Each Revveal question shows:

  • Question text as collapsible header

  • AI-generated answer with formatting

  • Source citation (website, 10K report, or RevvedUp research)

  • Processing indicator for pending answers

Managing Questions

  • Rerun questions: Click the refresh icon (🔄) to get updated answers

  • 10K indicator: Shows when financial documents were analyzed

CRM Integration

CRM integration features only appear if you have an active CRM connection configured.

Prerequisites

Syncing Individual Contacts

When CRM is connected, the About the Contact section shows:

  • Not in CRM status for unsynced contacts

  • Click Push to CRM link to sync this contact

  • Once synced, the contact name becomes clickable to open in your CRM

Automatic Sync

For contacts imported from CRM:

  • Changes sync automatically

  • No manual push required

  • CRM link always available

  • Process Contact - Yellow button to start or continue processing

From About the Contact Section

  • Generate - Create personalized landing page

  • Click tabs to switch between Overview, Research, Revveal, and Contact Details

  • Use browser back button to return to campaign contacts list

  • Cmd/Ctrl+Click links to open in new tabs

Best Practices

Regular Review

  1. Check Research tab before calls

  2. Review Revveal answers for talking points

  3. Note ICP/Persona scores for prioritization

  4. Verify contact details are current

Using Insights

  • Reference DiSC profile for communication style

  • Address identified buyer challenges

  • Align with stated priorities

  • Use Revveal answers for personalization
