Adding Lists

Method 1: Drag from Right Sidebar

  1. Click the Lists category in the right sidebar

  2. Find Bullet List or Numbered List in the dropdown

  3. Drag it onto your page where you want it

  4. Click to start typing your first item

Method 2: Slash Command

  1. Type /list or /bullet

  2. Choose list type

  3. Start adding items

Method 3: Toolbar

  1. Select text lines

  2. Click list icon in toolbar

  3. Converts to list items

Method 4: Copy / Paste

  1. Copy text in another site / application with bullet points

  2. Paste the app into a paragraph element

  3. Text pasted as list elements already

List Types

Bulleted Lists

Floating Toolbar

When you select text in a list, a floating toolbar appears with quick formatting options:

Block Type Conversion

Click the dropdown (shows "Bulleted list" or "Numbered list") to convert to:

  • Paragraph

  • Heading 1

  • Heading 2

  • Quote

  • Bulleted list (switch from numbered)

  • Numbered list (switch from bulleted)

Perfect for quickly switching between list types or converting lists to other formats.

Font Size

Three size options for your list items:

  • Small - Compact lists

  • Medium - Default readability

  • Large - Emphasized points

Quick Formatting

The toolbar also provides:

  • Bold, italic, underline buttons

  • Text color options

  • Text highlighting options

  • Link insertion button

Note: Alignment controls don't appear for lists as they have fixed alignment.

The toolbar follows your selection and disappears when you click away.
