Quick Reference

• Purpose: Main body text content

• Formatting: Bold, italic, underline, color, highlight

• Features: Links, inline code, emojis

• Alignment: Left, center, right, justify

• Default: Auto-created when typing

Adding Paragraphs

Method 1: Drag from Right Sidebar

1. Click the Text category in the right sidebar

2. Find Paragraph in the dropdown

3. Drag it onto your page where you want it

4. Click to start typing

Method 2: Just Type

• Click empty line and start typing

• Automatically creates paragraph

Method 3: Slash Command

1. Type /paragraph or /p

2. Press Enter

3. Start typing

Method 4: Paste Text

• Paste from any source

• Auto-formats as paragraphs

• Preserves basic formatting

Floating Toolbar

When you select text in a paragraph, a floating toolbar appears with quick formatting options:

Block Type Conversion

Click the dropdown (shows "Paragraph") to convert to:

• Heading 1

• Heading 2

• Quote

• Bulleted list

• Numbered list

This instantly transforms your content while preserving the text.

Font Size

Three size options for your text:

• Small - Compact text for fine print

• Medium - Default, balanced readability

• Large - Emphasized text that stands out

Quick Formatting

The toolbar also provides:

• Bold, italic, underline, strikethrough buttons

• Text color and highlight options

• Alignment controls (left, center, right)

• Link insertion button

The toolbar follows your selection and disappears when you click away.

Writing Tips

1. Opening Strong

   • Hook readers immediately

   • State value clearly

   • Address their needs

2. Readability

   • Short sentences when possible

   • One idea per paragraph

   • Use transitions

3. Visual Break

   • Use headings to separate

   • Add images between sections

   • Leverage white space

Alignment Options

• Left (default): Best for readability

• Center: Short text, quotes

• Right: Special layouts

• Justify: Formal documents

Inline Elements

• Links: Use the link button in the floating toolbar

• Emojis: Type : for picker

• Variables: {{first_name}}

Line Breaks

• New Paragraph: Enter key

• Line Break: Shift+Enter

• Spacing: Automatic between paragraphs

Troubleshooting

Copy/paste formatting
