Quick Start: 5-Minute Guide

Build and publish your first personalized landing page in under 5 minutes.

Let's build a real landing page together. By the end of this tutorial, you'll have created a personalized page that adapts to each prospect. No theory, just doing.

What We're Building

A simple but effective landing page with:

  • Personalized headline using the prospect's name

  • Company-specific value proposition

  • Call-to-action button

  • Professional design that works on all devices

Step 1: Create Your Template (30 seconds)

  1. From your campaign, click "Create Page"

  2. Choose "Start from Scratch" (we'll use templates later)

  3. Name it: "My First Sales Page"

  4. Click "Create and Edit"

You're now in the Page Builder! You'll see a blank section ready for your content.

Step 2: Choose a Starting Template (1 minute)

  1. Look at the bottom of the page where it says "Or continue with a template:"

  2. Click the first template option (the one with headline, text, and button)

  3. Your blank section now fills with starter content

Perfect! You now have a basic hero section to customize.

Step 3: Make It Personal (2 minutes)

Edit the Headline

  1. Click on the headline text that appeared

  2. Delete the text and type: "Hi {"

  3. From the dropdown that appears, select BUYER.CONTACT.FIRST_NAME

  4. Continue typing: ", Let's Grow {"

  5. Select BUYER.ACCOUNT.NAME from the dropdown

  6. Finish with: " Together"

Your headline now reads: "Hi {{BUYER.CONTACT.FIRST_NAME}}, Let's Grow {{BUYER.ACCOUNT.NAME}} Together"

Update the Subheading

  1. Click the subheading text

  2. Replace with: "We help companies like yours increase revenue by 40% in 90 days"

Fix the Button

  1. Click the button text

  2. Change to: "See How It Works"

  3. Select the button again and click the link icon in the floating toolbar

  4. Change the option to Dynamic

  5. Select Book Meetings URL

Note: The Book Meetings URL pulls from your calendar link configured in your user profile. Learn how to set this up in User Profile Settings.

Step 4: Customize the Look (1 minute)

Global Styles

  1. Click the controls icon in the top right corner

  2. In the Global Styles modal:

    • Global Colors: Click color swatches to customize your brand colors

    • Global Fonts: Adjust header and paragraph fonts if desired

  3. Changes apply automatically across your entire page

Section Settings

  1. Hover over your hero section

  2. Click the gear icon in the section toolbar

  3. In Section Settings, try:

    • Name the section: This helps you recognize the section in analytics

    • Background Color: Pick a color and adjust opacity

    • Content Background Color: Add contrast if needed

    • Layout Width: Toggle between Full and Responsive

Step 5: Preview and Publish (30 seconds)

Check Mobile View

  1. Click the mobile preview icon in the top toolbar

  2. Ensure text is readable and button is prominent

  3. Click the desktop icon to return to desktop view

Publish Your Template

  1. Click the Publish button

  2. Click the RevvedUp logo to exit the editor

  3. Your template is now available for campaigns!

  1. Create a campaign and assign this template

  2. Add contacts to the campaign

  3. Generate pages for those contacts

Try These Next:

  1. Add Another Section

    • Click the Layout category in the right sidebar

    • Drag Section onto your page below the current one

    • Click into the empty section and choose a template

    • Personalize with more variables

  2. Add a Background Image

    • Hover over any section

    • Click the photo icon in the section toolbar

    • Upload or choose from stock photos

    • Adjust opacity for text readability

  3. Add Animation Effects

    • Hover over any section

    • Click the squiggly arrow icon in the section toolbar

    • Toggle Visibility to "Enable"

    • Choose a Style (Fade In or Slide In)

    • Set Direction and Speed

    • Click Preview to see the effect

  4. Use AI Content

    • Type "/" on a new line

    • Select "AI Text Block"

    • Create dynamic content that changes per prospect

  5. Save Section as Template

    • Hover over a section you like

    • Click the folder icon

    • Name it for reuse across pages

Quick Command Reference

While editing text:

  • Type / - Insert blocks and variables

  • Type {{ - Quick access to variables

  • Click </> icon (right menubar) - Browse all variables

  • Press ⌘/Ctrl + K - Add links

  • Select text - See formatting options
