Creating a great page is just the beginning. This guide covers everything that happens after you click save – from publishing your template to managing thousands of generated pages.

Publishing Your Template

Save vs. Publish

  • Save: Stores your work (auto-saves every few seconds)

  • Publish: Makes template available for campaigns

  • Update: Changes affect future generated pages only

Campaign Assignment

Connecting Template to Campaign

  1. Go to your campaign

  2. Click "Set Landing Page"

  3. Choose your published template

  4. Configure generation rules

Generation Rules

Pages are generated when:

  • Positive Response: Prospect replies positively to outreach

  • Sequence Link: You include a landing page link in your sequence (ensures 100% generation)

  • Manual Request: You click "Generate Page" for a specific contact

Template-Level Changes

For template configuration options, see Template Settings.

Affects all future generated pages:

  1. Edit the template

  2. Publish update

  3. New contacts get updated version

  4. Existing pages unchanged

Page-Level Changes

Affects only one contact's page:

  1. Find contact in campaign

  2. Open up the contact

  3. Click on the Edit icon inside of the Page Card

  4. Opens up the page builder

URL Management

Custom Domains

Custom domains provide branded URLs for your pages. Each generated page gets a unique URL:

yourdomain.com/:company_slug

Or if you are using the RevvedUp domain:

revvedup.ai/:your_company_slug/:prospect_slug
