Understanding the page lifecycle from template creation to live pages

After designing your landing page template, it's time to bring it to life. This section covers everything that happens outside the page builder—from configuring templates to managing live pages.

The Page Lifecycle

Understanding how pages flow through RevvedUp helps you manage them effectively:

1. Template Creation → 2. Template Configuration → 3. Campaign Assignment
→ 4. Page Generation → 5. Live Pages → 6. Ongoing Management

1. Template Creation

Build your page design in the visual editor using blocks and personalization features.

2. Template Configuration

Set up currency, permissions, AI prompts, and other template-wide settings that affect all generated pages.

3. Campaign Assignment

Connect your template to campaigns where it will generate personalized pages for contacts.

4. Page Generation

RevvedUp creates unique pages for each contact, applying personalization and AI-generated content.

Important: When are pages actually generated?

By default, landing pages are generated when:

  • A prospect responds positively to your outreach

  • You manually click "Generate Page" for a specific contact

To generate pages for 100% of contacts: Include a link to the landing page in your sequence content. When the sequence message is sent, RevvedUp will automatically generate the personalized page so the link works immediately.

5. Live Pages

Published pages are accessible via unique URLs, tracking visitor engagement and conversions.

6. Ongoing Management

Monitor performance, make updates, manage access controls, and optimize based on results.
