Resources

Guide to the Resources feature and content management.

Resources are your content library - case studies, whitepapers, videos, and other materials that help prospects make decisions. RevvedUp's AI analyzes and suggests resources based on context.

Using Resources

In Templates

When creating templates (page or sequence), you can add resource placeholders:

  1. In the template editor, click "Add Resource Placeholder"

  2. Name the placeholder (e.g., "case_study", "product_guide")

  3. This creates a dynamic slot that campaigns will fill

In Campaigns

When using a template with resource placeholders:

  1. Navigate to your campaign

  2. For each placeholder, choose resources:

    • Single Resource: Select one specific resource (no AI matching)

    • Multiple Resources: Select several options, AI picks the best match

  3. Save your selections

The values set on the campaign are the default resources used for any new contact. When adding contacts to the campaign, you can select whatever resource(s) for that contact you would like.

AI Resource Matching

When multiple resources are assigned to a placeholder:

  • AI analyzes the contact's profile, company, and context

  • Selects the most relevant resource automatically

  • Considers persona fit, industry alignment, and engagement history

  • Ensures each prospect gets the most relevant content

Dynamic Resource Campaigns

Create intelligent nurture campaigns:

  1. Inbound Nurture Example:

    • Trigger: Contact downloads a resource

    • Campaign passes that resource as context

    • AI crafts a sequence specific to what they downloaded

    • Follow-ups reference and build upon the initial resource

  2. Multi-Resource Campaigns:

    • One campaign template serves multiple use cases

    • Different resources trigger different messaging paths

    • AI personalizes based on which resource engaged them

Resource Variables

In sequences, reference the selected resource:

  • {{RESOURCE.#.NAME}} - The resource name

  • {{RESOURCE.#.URL}} - The URL to that specific resource

  • {{RESOURCE.#.LINK_HTML}} - The HTML version of the link to the resource.
