Everything in RevvedUp starts with a template. You don't write one-off emails or build one-off pages. Instead, you create reusable, intelligent blueprints:
Sequence Templates are your messaging frameworks—the proven steps and strategies you use to engage prospects.
Landing Page Templates are your visual designs—the personalized destinations you guide prospects to.
You build these templates once, embedding your strategy and instructions for our AI. RevvedUp then uses these blueprints to generate thousands of unique, personalized variations for each prospect.
The AI Pipeline: How RevvedUp Thinks
At the heart of every campaign is our three-stage AI pipeline. When you give RevvedUp a list of contacts, this is what happens automatically in the background:
Enrich → Research → Generate
Enrich: We start with the basics you provide (like a name and company) and find the missing pieces. This includes discovering verified email addresses, finding LinkedIn profiles, and gathering structured company data. Our AI validation ensures we're matching the right people at the right companies.
Research: This is the brain of the operation. Our AI analyzes everything it found during enrichment. It reads company websites, classifies industries, matches prospects to your ICPs and Personas, and runs your custom Revveal questions to uncover deep, specific insights.
Generate Content: With a rich understanding of the prospect, our AI now uses your templates to create the actual outreach. It writes personalized email sequences and builds custom landing pages. Finally, our AI Audit system reviews every piece of content to ensure it's high-quality, accurate, and aligned with your brand voice before you ever see it.
The User Journey: Your Path to a Live Campaign
While the AI handles the pipeline, your job is to provide the strategy. Here’s the step-by-step workflow you'll follow in RevvedUp.
Step 1: Laying the Foundation (One-Time Setup)
Before you launch a campaign, you need to teach RevvedUp about your business. This is your "Content Settings" foundation. You set this up once, and it powers all your future outreach.
Seller Profiles: Define who you are, what you sell, and your brand's voice. This is the AI's persona when it writes for you.
ICPs & Personas: Define who you sell to—both the ideal companies (ICPs) and the specific people within them (Personas). This tells the AI who to prioritize and how to tailor the message.
Revveal Questions: Tell the AI what you need to know. These are your custom research tasks, from finding a company's main competitor to analyzing their financial reports.
Resources: Upload your content library (case studies, whitepapers, videos). The AI will analyze them and intelligently select the most relevant resource for each prospect.
Global Variables: Define custom data points that can be synced from your CRM and used to give the AI even more context.
Step 2: Designing Your Outreach (Templates)
This is where you create your "cookie cutters"—the sequence and page templates the AI will use.
Sequence Templates: Build your multi-channel outreach flow. You'll define the steps (email, LinkedIn, etc.), the timing, and most importantly, the AI Snippets. These snippets contain the prompts and instructions that guide the AI's writing.
Landing Page Templates: Design the visual layout of your personalized landing pages. You'll use AI Text Blocks and Variables to designate where personalized content should appear.
Step 3: Running a Campaign
A Campaign is where everything comes together. You bring your Foundation (Step 1) and your Design (Step 2) and apply it to a list of contacts.
Create a Campaign: You'll link your chosen Seller Profile, Sequence Template, and Page Template.
Add Contacts: Import your prospects via CRM sync or a CSV file.
Process Contacts: You trigger the
Enrich → Research → Generate
pipeline. This is where you sit back and let the AI do the heavy lifting.
Step 4: Review and Optimize
Once the AI has done its work, the final control is yours.
Content Review: You can preview every generated sequence and page. Make manual edits if needed, or give the green light to launch.
